International Ghanaian model, Penny Yeboah takes Asia by storm
The modeling industry, is arguably, very competitive as a lot of factors are considered in settling on who for instance a company would choose to be its face. It is often rare for Black models to break borders into certain parts of the world, like Asia. But, one of such breakthroughs is the Xian-based International Ghanaian model, Penny Yeboah.
Penny fronts a Gucci, Fendi, Balenciaga and Burberry campaign for SAGA, one of the biggest international malls in Xian, China.
The model who moved to Xian, China, a couple of years ago has been featured in an Ad campaign, with other international models, for SAGA. The images of the model have been displayed both in the shops of these brands and billboards–both electronic and printed– around the mall.
The model who was signed through international model scout, is managed by top Ghanaian modeling agency, DSG Models Management, owned by Mr. Dionne Slash Gavin. Penny was scouted years ago after winning the maiden edition of Face of Methodist University Gh. She later represented Ghana in Albania for “The Miss Globe” as the first Ghanaian and brought home the title “Miss Intercontinental Globe”.
Locally, she mentioned she has worked with notable Ghanaian brands like RnRluxury, Soaesthetics, Sika designs and others.
Penny Yeboah holds a degree in Psychology from the Methodist University College in Ghana and currently studying Masters in Business Administration for her masters in Xian, while working on her modeling career.
